My body hates me

So here we are. I called the office this morning and I'm waiting for a call back. The problem is, it seems I only spotted last night. I am not a spotting kinda girl by any means. It just doesn't make sense. I'm breaking out like crazy yesterday along with a headache and cramping today. WTF is the blood!? I swear if I have to tell her that it was a false alarm I think I'll go ballistic.
